REFUND POLICY

In the odd case that you do not love your Lightbringer products, here is our policy :

GOOD ONCE SOLD ARE NON RETURNABLE 


1. We aim to process all orders without damaged with proper packaging of wooden box.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should what'sapp on 9819380950 us a parcel opening video of the damaged product with the item Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. The Lightbringer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up of an damaged material at an agreed upon time.

4. Once your return has been approved, we will provide supply of the broken part to you.

5. All returns are subject to the discretion of Lightbringer. But we're a friendly bunch :)
